Stainless steel folding filter cartridge is generally made of 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the main filter material. The sealing surfaces of stainless steel folding filter are welded by argon arc welding process. The filter layer adopts multi-fold folding process. The stainless steel folding filter element forms a complete filter structure with no leakage and no media shedding. It is generally folded in three to five layers, with high strength and large filtering area, as Sediment Filter Cartridge, Water Filter Cartridges and is widely used in various industrial filtration equipment. 

Features of sintered Wire Mesh filters: 
1. It does not use adhesives in the production process and has extensive chemical compatibility. Can be used for solvent or high temperature media filtration.
2, the filter filter layer structure is tight inside and loose, the pore size gradient distribution is easier to backwash and slag discharge than other filter elements. Suitable for making large automatic equipment.
