How to calculate the weight and area of Steel Grating?

1. The weight of the steel grid plate will increase after being processed by edging and hot-dip galvanizing. For general industrial platforms, the weight gain of steel gratings with a flat steel spacing of 30mm is 12%; the weight gain of steel gratings with a flat steel spacing of 40mm is 14%; and the weight gain of steel gratings with a flat steel spacing of 60mm is approximately 16%.

2, according to the user size of the processing, calculated according to the actual size (including openings and incisions).

3, to provide drawings on behalf of the user's layout design, calculated according to the total size of the drawings (including openings and incisions).

4, special-shaped steel grating does not deduct the cut part.
